現在市面上各式各樣的機械設備變得越來(lái)越多，這其中也不乏一些精度高的機械設備，它們的出現是科技進(jìn)步的印證，切片機是現在常見(jiàn)的一種設備，在使用它的時(shí)候要按時(shí)對其進(jìn)行潤滑。

切片機中需要潤滑的部位有不少，采用的潤滑介質(zhì)也是有區別的，比如說(shuō)它的離合器、彈簧、鏈輪張緊裝置、往返運動(dòng)部位導軸、開(kāi)合機構等部位的潤滑加黃油。

而切片機中的位塊凸輪裝置、主傳動(dòng)室潤滑要加機油，且半年換1次機油，由視窗油的清澈程度決定；角度分割器潤滑每半年1次；空壓機潤滑，三個(gè)月加1次。

除了潤滑之外，在使用它的時(shí)候，還要留意防塵和清潔、電氣方面的故障。除了這些以外，它的換油也是很重要的，要保障平臺的四角度與上凈平臺之間的間隔，只有保持正確的間隔，才能使機器正常的運轉。

在切片機切片時(shí)，還要注意不要將大量的廢紙邊、紙毛弄進(jìn)鏈條傳動(dòng)部位、模切部動(dòng)平臺及一些其它的旋轉部位，以免造成運轉故障，損害切片機，如果在日常使用它的時(shí)候不能較好的保養機器，不但會(huì )額外的增加維修機器的開(kāi)支，對機器的損害也很大。
