現在市面上各式各樣的機械設備變得越來(lái)越多,這其中也不乏一些精度高的機械設備,它們的出現是科技進(jìn)步的印證,切片機是現在常見(jiàn)的一種設備,在使用它的時(shí)候要按時(shí)對其進(jìn)行潤滑。

切片機中需要潤滑的部位有不少,采用的潤滑介質(zhì)也是有區別的,比如說(shuō)它的離合器、彈簧、鏈輪張緊裝置、往返運動(dòng)部位導軸、開(kāi)合機構等部位的潤滑加黃油。

除了潤滑之外,在使用它的時(shí)候,還要留意防塵和清潔、電氣方面的故障。除了這些以外,它的換油也是很重要的,要保障平臺的四角度與上凈平臺之間的間隔,只有保持正確的間隔,才能使機器正常的運轉。

在切片機切片時(shí),還要注意不要將大量的廢紙邊、紙毛弄進(jìn)鏈條傳動(dòng)部位、模切部動(dòng)平臺及一些其它的旋轉部位,以免造成運轉故障,損害切片機,如果在日常使用它的時(shí)候不能較好的保養機器,不但會(huì )額外的增加維修機器的開(kāi)支,對機器的損害也很大。
