一、操作規程：
1、 Operating procedures:
1、使用前，擦拭機器，面對切片機，先將載物臺移更右邊，漏出加油口，向其中加5滴油，多次橫向載物臺，使潤滑油均勻分布。
1. Before use, wipe the machine, face the slicer, move the stage to the right, leak out the oil filler, add 5 drops of oil to it, and cross the stage several times to make the lubricating oil evenly distributed.
2、調節切割厚度，先將厚度調更大，再調需要厚度；調好后將夾具打開(kāi)，放入物料，夾實(shí)，并落下重錘。
2. Adjust the cutting thickness, first adjust the thickness to larger, and then adjust to the required thickness; After adjustment, open the clamp, put in the material, clamp it tightly, and drop the heavy hammer.
3、開(kāi)機檢查：檢查刀片上是否有異物，檢查刀具護板是否蓋實(shí)，檢查磨刀砂輪是否遠離刀片。
3. Start up inspection: check whether there is any foreign matter on the blade, whether the tool guard plate is covered tightly, and whether the grinding wheel is far away from the blade.
4、檢查無(wú)誤后，接通電源，打開(kāi)開(kāi)關(guān)，讓其自動(dòng)運轉，操作員不能遠離設備，以防發(fā)生意外。
4. After checking, turn on the power, turn on the switch and let it run automatically. The operator should not stay away from the equipment to prevent accidents.
5、結束后，先關(guān)閉開(kāi)關(guān)，斷電，取下廢料及半成品，打開(kāi)刀具護板，將刀片及載物臺清理干凈（小心刀片鋒利）。

1、對手輪進(jìn)行轉動(dòng)，將標本夾直接升到更高的位置，并轉動(dòng)手輪將手柄停止轉動(dòng)，同時(shí)將標本夾和手輪都進(jìn)行鎖定。
1. Rotate the hand wheel to raise the specimen holder to a higher position, turn the hand wheel to stop the handle rotation, and lock both the specimen holder and hand wheel.
2、再從刀架上直接加工切刀片取下，擦拭干凈后放置在刀盒內。

3、從標本夾上將標本直接的取下。

4、對切片機上切片的殘屑進(jìn)行清理。

注意：我們在使用切片刀的時(shí)候，一定要格外小心，因為其刀刃非常的鋒利，如果誤操作的話(huà)定會(huì )造成嚴重的傷害，不可以直接的用手去接觸切刀片，也不可以將切刀片隨意的亂放。
