1、操作前將設備放置在水平地面,確保機器放置平穩可靠;確定設備插頭接觸良好,無(wú)松動(dòng),無(wú)水跡;

2、檢查旋轉料筒內或輸送帶上是否有異物,如有異物必須清理干凈,以免引起刀具損壞;

3、操作、調整根據所需加工的菜類(lèi)選擇切割模式,離心切片機用于瓜薯類(lèi)硬菜的切片,豎刀部分可將葉類(lèi)軟菜或切好的片加工成不同規格的塊、丁、菱形等各種形狀;

4、安裝豎刀,先轉動(dòng)可調偏心輪,使刀架行下死點(diǎn)后,再使刀架向上抬起1-2毫米,使豎刀與輸送帶接觸后,緊固螺母把豎刀緊固在刀架上。如果刀架抬起高度小,蔬菜有可能連刀,如果刀架抬起高度過(guò)大,有可能切壞輸送帶.

After the vertical knife contacts the conveyor belt, the fastening nut fastens the vertical knife on the cutter stand. If the knife holder is raised small, vegetables may be knifed, if the knife holder is raised too high, it is possible to cut the conveyor belt.
