一、切片機操作規程
1、 Operating procedures of slicer
（一）開(kāi)機前準備
（1） Preparation before startup
1、在切片機使用之前，打開(kāi)副滾筒蒸汽閥門(mén)，預熱下料盆，避免因物料和筒體之間有凝固層，而不能正常操作，一般保溫到物料成液體狀態(tài)即可。打開(kāi)冷凍機，水泵及相關(guān)閥門(mén)使冷卻水置換主滾筒中。

1、安裝好刀片，用夾緊樣刀旋鈕固定刀片，待刀片與箱體溫度一致后方能切片。

7、可利用控制面板上的“鍵盤(pán)鎖按鈕”將鍵盤(pán)鎖定。

8、當停機時(shí)，應將玻璃窗打開(kāi)，待機器完全干燥后再開(kāi)機。
